1. Announcements
-Feedback from Friday's silent demonstrations
-Interception of BOV at Seaco
-very successful, good turnout of over 40 people
-received news that BOV did not know about Hurley's plan until seeing students demonstrating in front of Seaco
-some members of the group are sceptical of the BOV's claims
-Interception of BOV at residence
-surprising turnout, about 10 people showed up
-held signs with new, more provocative language
e.g. We want justification/data/evidence
Why now and not later
Postpone the review
-Interception of BOV at Renato's restaurant
-smaller turnout, but still successful b/c we showed our commitment, dedication and concern
-BOV member commented on signs, said that UMW cannot wait to postpone the review
-Feedback from Community Building event
-T'WAS FUN! Good turnout, lots of discussion. Just the right amount of people. Found out we all really liked each other.

-NEXT MEETING WILL BE THURSDAY 11/29 @ 5pm in Monroe 240
-THERE WILL BE ANOTHER COMMUNITY BUILDING EVENT Wednesday (11/28)...more details later

-contact faculty and find allies
-Raise awareness/spread information
-if you can, BRING OLD BED SHEETS (to use as banners) in next meeting
-make art, spread literature
-build community!
-gain strength through understanding/trusting/respecting each other

-they are an open forum for spreading news
-they are an ally
-SSLA wants to join up or collaborate with them
-we learned that they DO NOT meet and that they simply exist on Facebook
